It is the Exhibitors’ responsibility to fill in correctly the custom clearance forms for equipment and products arriving from abroad. The Organizers do not bear the responsibility for any problems arising in connection with such formalities.

Delivery of Goods

We advise you to arrange all delivery and shipping of goods through InterFlow.  If you have not already made your freight arrangements, please do so now as a matter of urgency.

Shipping Instructions

All consignments arriving for the Networking Area should be indicated as follows:

• eHealth Week 2015 / mHealth Summit
• Hall 2 & Table Top Number
• Name of exhibitor & contact details

It is important that you complete and include with your delivery the Delivery Label.  Deliveries arriving to the Kipsala Exhibition Centre without this label will not be accepted.

Security at eHealth Week 2015

The organisers will have general security employed at the venue during the open periods of the conference and exhibition.  However, it is the responsibility of the individual exhibitors to arrange security to their table top, for their own security requirements. 

Please do not leave valuables unattended on your table top!
